Spezialisten für Morbus Dupuytren Erkrankung in der Schweiz? / sonstige Ideen?

vor 3 Jahren

Hallo zusammen

LG, Andrea

Weisst du, ob deine Patientin Statine einnimmt (Cholesterinsenker)?

Good evening, unfortunately it has not yet been possible at the etiopathogenic level to determine the certain cause of this disease and consequently it is not possible to intervene to limit it early on. Some studies have shown causes that are often different: hereditary, hormonal, vascular and excess glucosamine… at the rehabilitation level, there are studies that have attempted to intervene early on with night braces and manipulations in extension, with poor results compared with control groups, in some cases even worsening due to the anoxia caused to the tissues. In prevention, unfortunately, the papers read have always given low hopes of better preventive outcomes with therapy alone. All that is known is that cold and vibration increase the possibility of developing collagen type 3
