Das IP weist dabei eine starke Kontraktur in 40\u00b0 auf, ich konnte diese passiv nicht l\u00f6sen. Er scheint keine Schmerzen zu haben denn er liess mich problemlos manipulieren und setzt die Hand auch sonst normal ein. Hat Jemand Erfahrung was bei einem so kleinen Kind diese starke Kontraktur ausgel\u00f6st haben k\u00f6nnte und wie w\u00fcrdet ihr nachbehandeln? Reicht es das MP ruhig zu stellen um die Beugesehen zu entlasten? Danke f\u00fcr eure Inputs.
